Health and Well-Being  Educational Seminars  "My Body is My Temple" aims to bring like-minded individuals who want to make positive changes to their lifestyle. Have more control over their bodies and the state of their health to reduce ill-health, promote their well-being and quality of life.


 Inspirational Chef and Author Lyndon Wissart:” Natural Health: Curing diabetes in 105 days” will share his experience of curing himself of diabetes using natural foods and spices.  According to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence( NICE, 2017). Type 2 diabetes is reported to be a major cause of blindness, kidney failure, cardiovascular disease and the reduction in the quality of life and premature death( Family Practice, 2012).


How we cognitively manage our health is demonstrated by our attitudes, mindset and behaviour.  Kishan  Gohil Graduate Psychologist will provide an understanding and insight on “ How Our Mind Work” Cognitive Thinking!


 Whilst Dr  Joseph Adonu, Chartered Psychologist will discuss how individuals can create positive “ Self -Managing Behavioural Change” to address negative attitudes. 


Caroline Heward, Harley Street Stress Therapist will discuss her experience in working with individuals whose health has impacted on their quality of life caused by stress.


Valma James: Will open an interactive discussion by sharing her  "Perspective on the book  “The Secret” by the author Rhona Byrne. Valma will examine the concept of the book used by individuals to improve every aspect of their life, money, health, relationship, happiness and untrapping the power within themselves.
